Hot Tub Time! Reality TV Musical Comedy Nobody Loves You Opens Off-Broadway

Nobody Loves You, a new musical comedy about a reality TV dating show, opens July 18 at off-Broadway’s Tony Kiser Theatre. Directed by Michelle Tattenbaum, Nobody Loves You features music by Gaby Alter, a book by Itamar Moses, and lyrics by Alter and Moses. The production will play a limited engagement through August 11.

The ensemble cast of Nobody Loves You features Heath Calvert as Byron, Bryan Fenkart as Jeff, Roe Hartrampf as Christian/Steve, Autumn Hulbert as Samantha/Bonnie, Leslie Kritzer as Nina/Tanya/Zenobia, Lauren Molina as Megan, Rory O’Malley as Chaz/Dominic/Evan and Aleque Reid as Jenny.

Nobody Loves You tells the story of Jeff (Fenkart), a philosophy grad student who auditions for, and surprisingly finds himself cast on, a reality TV dating show, all in an attempt to win back his ex-girlfriend (Kritzer). But when an unexpected on-set love connection threatens to ruin his plan, manufactured drama collides with real emotion.

The production features choreography by Mandy Moore, set design by Mark Wendland, costume design by Jessica Pabst, lighting design by Ben Stanton and sound design by Dan Moses Schreier.
